Shawn comes to Motown from Atlantic Records, where he spent the last 10 years developing acts like Ty Dolla $ign, Kap G, Diggy Simmons and more.

Our team will review all

applications to determine the top artists. After an interview process, we’ll let the top 15 artists know that they've been selected

Selected artists will have 3 days

to submit payment to secure

their spots at the event.

Artists are notified that their

event spots are secured and are

provided with all relevant

information about participating in the event.

On event day, you’ll arrive at the designated location and sign in.

Your next stop will be the media room in which you will be able to interview with major market radio DJs and on-air personalities (Detroit, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, etc.)

You’ll meet with a major market DJ 1-on-1 for 20 minutes. You will be asked to play / perform your music, get real time feedback before private record executives meeting.

You’ll meet with record executives for 20 minutes. You will be asked to perform your music. Afterwards you will receive feedback and opportunity to network.
